1. What are the various ExamSim.com products available?

At the moment ExamSim.com offers the following products: Questions and Answers, Questions and Answers with Explanations, Study Guide, Audio Exams, Certification and Exam Power Packs.

2. What does your training products entail?

Our training products contain simulated exam questions with the most accurate answers. Each answer is thoroughly explained, including the incorrect ones. With our training products you should be able to pass the certification exam at your first attempt. More information can be found on our products page.

3. Which trainig products are available at the moment?

You can find the list of all exams having training products on the products page.

4. How long do I access purchased products? Are your updates free?

You can access purhcased product(s) for 90 days after the purchase. Free updates are available for 90 days after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered expired, but you can renew it with 30% discount.

5. How often are your products updated?

Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our training products to accurately reflect the current exams.

6. How do I receive my updates?

There are several ways:
The New Releases section on www.examsim.com. You will notice the rapid updates here. ExamSim makes several updates every day.
Status on a purchased product can be found on the download page in the memberzone.
Date of latest release can also be found on the products page.
ExamSim also sends out information on updates on a regular basis in ExamSim newsletter, usually once every two weeks.
Registered ExamSim users receive the Newsletter.
In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam.

7. There has been an update but when I downloaded it, I still got the old version. What should I do?

The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart your browser, restart the computer or clear the local web cache.

8. Your products sound interesting, but I'd like to try before I buy. Do you have any demos?

Yes we do. On our samples page you will find examples of our Practice exams. There are samples of several exams from all the certificates we cover. Further more, samples can be provided on request. Please, e-mail support@examsim.com and state which sample you would like to receive.

9. I want a sample of another ExamSim.com product. Is this possible?

Yes, we can provide samples of all our products. Just visit our samples page or mail your sample request to support@examsim.com and you will receive any sample you want, promptly.

10. What is the quality of the ExamSim.com products?

Our goal is to have at least 95% exam coverage and accuracy as well.

11. How is the quality of the ExamSim.com products achieved?

ExamSim.com experts, including MCSEs, MCDBAs, MCTs, CCNPs, CCIEs, etc. verify the answers and provide explanations. Especially providing explanations increases the accuracy of the answers. We also receive customer feedback on our products. So, we constantly have to review our products. This guarantees a high quality.

12. I think I have found an incorrect answer in one of your products/I don't understand one of the questions/One of the questions seems incorrect. What should I do?

Feedback on specific questions should be sent to support@examsim.com. You should state:
   Exam number and its version.
   Question number.
   Your E-mail.
We will respond to your feedback promptly.

Purchase Questions

1. How do I pay for the products?

Online using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for downloading. There is no extra charge.

2. Which credit card can be used for the purchase?

We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Electron and Solo.

3. Is my Credit Card Information secure on your site?

Yes. Security is guaranteed by our Credit Card Processor. All payment pages are SSL-protected (https://).

4. I am hesitant about buying things online. How secure is your site?

Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We, therefore, use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is ever stored anywhere on our server.

5. Do you share your customer information database with any third party?

At ExamSim.com we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right of privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with any third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mailing list.

6. How do I make an online purchase?

Select the appropriate products from the ExamSim.com products page. Add them to your shopping cart. Click 'Checkout' and then 'Pay Now' buttons. You will be directed to a secure page. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase.
If this is the first purchase at ExamSim.com and you are not a registered user, ExamSim.com will creante an account for you automatically based on E-mail address you enter.
After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member's Area.

7. I have made an online purchase. Where are the purchased products?

The purchased products are available at your Member's Area.
Here is the procedure to download your products:
   Go to www.ExamSim.com
   Click on Login (to the left). Note: If there is just a Members Area link you will not be required to enter e-mail and password.
   Enter e-mail and password
   Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from here. Just click the links.

8. Do I receive a receipt?

Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt.

9. Should I keep the receipt?

Yes, we recommend you should keep the receipt and not throw it away. It might be needed later, for example if the exam is retired and replaced with another exam.

Access purchased products

1. How are the goods delivered?

All purchases except printed versions are downloaded from the internet. You will have access to your purchases in 1-10 minutes after we receive your money.

2. How do I return the products I have purchased?

It is not possible to return the goods.

3. How do I ask for a refund?

4. How do I cancel a purchase?

5. How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?

Most emails are answered within 24 hours. All emails are answered within 48 hours.
